Senior Manager, Technology CAAS

Financial Reporting & Close Oversight:

• Oversees preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Reviews consolidated financials including multi-entity and multi-department reporting.
• Establishes close processes, timelines, and quality standards across client portfolios.

Accounting Operations & Process Leadership:

• Provides oversight of core accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, and billing cycles.
• Designs and implements scalable accounting processes and operating models to support client growth.
• Monitors operational performance and identifies opportunities for efficiency and automation.

Client Advisory & Strategic Partnership:

• Serves as senior advisor to client leadership, providing strategic financial insight and guidance.
• Translates financial results into clear narratives on cash flow trends and operational performance.
• Proactively advises on financial strategy, working capital management, and decision-making.

Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight:

• Leads and develops accounting teams responsible for execution and delivery across client portfolios.
• Establishes review standards and ensures quality, consistency, and timeliness of all deliverables.
• Provides coaching, technical guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
