Your Mission:
- As Finance Manager reporting to the VP of Finance, you will help scale the finance organization as the company grows.
- Combine financial planning and analysis, technical accounting, international finance, and systems implementation.
- Serve as a strategic finance partner with primary ownership of FP&A, finance systems, and process improvement.
Accountability & Impact:
- Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements for domestic and international entities.
- Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, board materials, and lender reporting.
- Support subscription accounting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and recurring revenue analytics.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 8-10 years of progressive experience.
- Solid US GAAP knowledge and strong FP&A experience including budgeting and financial modeling.
- Experience with multi-entity international entities and SaaS subscription-based business models.
