Primary Responsibilities:
- Code outpatient encounters using ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, and HCPCS Level II.
- Assign E/M levels, apply NCCI edits and modifiers, and ensure accurate diagnoses.
- Maintain 95% accuracy and meet facility turnaround times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA, or CPC-H credential.
- At least 2 years of outpatient coding experience.
- US citizenship and ability to pass a federal background investigation.
