The Role:
- Join the Bioinformatics R&D team focused on cancer recurrence monitoring.
- Work on large and complex high-throughput cancer genomics datasets.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze sequencing data and contribute to experimental design and quality control.
- Help develop tools and end-to-end bioinformatics pipelines.
- Integrate frameworks developed by the R&D team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on high-throughput genomic sequencing analysis.
- Strong programming in Python, NGS analysis experience, and familiarity with public databases like TCGA, COSMIC, or OncoKB.
