Sourcing Manager - New Product Development (NPD)

About The Role:

• Drive a high-performance culture and set the standard for Procurement Excellence.
• Accountable for end-to-end procurement management for assigned finished goods and/or raw materials categories within New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned to project manufacturing needs, ensuring optimal levels of service, quality, cost management, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage critical relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to align sourcing strategies with business needs and NPD project requirements.
• Implement sourcing strategy to deliver expected value in cost, quality, service, resilience, and time to market.
• Assess and develop the supplier base to meet changing business demands, driving continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Skills & Experience:

• Possess significant ability for analytical problem-solving and analysis/interpretation of complex problems incorporating data gathered from a variety of sources/software tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate through various formats to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Able to influence and negotiate with key internal stakeholders and professionally challenge requirements to secure the best value for the business.
