New Growth Lead

Future is seeking a Growth Lead to take ownership of our full growth funnel—from acquisition through retention—and help scale our member base in a highly impactful, hands-on capacity. This role is ideal for someone who has strategic depth but thrives in the details of execution. You’ll work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, Design, and Finance to plan, implement, and optimize growth strategies across paid, lifecycle, and product-led initiatives. As Growth Lead, you will play a central role in defining our growth engine. You will own paid growth strategy & execution, lead lifecycle marketing efforts, and drive product-led growth. You will also plan & execute growth experiments, manage growth partners, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze & optimize.
