Junior CRM Automation Manager

At NeoTaste, as a Junior CRM Automation Manager, you’ll help design, implement, and optimize automated communication flows that boost engagement, reduce churn, and drive retention, especially for our users. You will build, launch, and refine automated CRM flows in Braze to improve key KPIs and support the setup of partner-facing and user-facing communications, allowing senior team members to focus on strategy and long-term roadmap initiatives. You'll help expand CRM capabilities by exploring new channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and relevant messaging. Monitor and analyze CRM performance, run A/B tests, and suggest data-driven improvements. You'll shape CRM flows that reach thousands of users and partners, while working with modern tools like Braze to test frameworks, personalizations and integrations.
