POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Play a critical role in the day-to-day operations.
- Requires strong attention to detail and effective communication.
- Manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform data entry and process requests for Phil’s regional partners.
- Conduct investigative tasks required to support monthly financial reconciliations.
- Triage, resolve, and respond to order-related escalations and one-off requests.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, or customer support.
- Strong attention to detail with proven organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
