Senior Technical Program Manager, Intelligent Automation

Accountabilities:

• Identify and assess automation opportunities across business units, focusing on initiatives with meaningful operational and financial impact.
• Lead structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand pain points and translate needs into actionable automation opportunities.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of automation initiatives, balancing quick wins with strategic, longer-term programs.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and managing automation solutions, including workflow automation, RPA, or scripting.
• Hands-on experience with at least one leading automation platform, such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong technical program management skills, including prioritization, planning, risk management, and delivery execution.
