Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain single-click apps for the BigCommerce App Marketplace across the full stack.
- Integrate with platform APIs, webhooks, and OAuth flows to ensure robust functionality.
- Support production apps, monitor health, and resolve merchant-impacting issues.
Team and Culture:
- Work within the Engineering Services team, delivering apps and data migration projects.
- Collaborate with product managers and solutions architects to translate merchant requirements into technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews and move between projects with short feedback loops.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Node/TypeScript, PHP, and React.
- Experience with third-party APIs, multi-tenant systems, and concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-engineers.
