Job Description
This role would report to the Vice President of Corporate Development and the ideal location for this position is Southern California, based out of our El Segundo, CA office, however, we are open to considering remote candidates. Specific Role Deliverables for this Transaction Director includes: Execute transactions related to the domestic kidney care business including acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestitures. Negotiate deal documents including confidentiality agreements, letter of intents, purchase agreements, operating agreements, management services agreements, medical director agreements and leases. Coordinate internal review across multiple functions including legal, compliance, finance, accounting and field operations.
Work with corporate development team to create pipeline of new opportunities. Collaborate with Senior Financial Analyst to evaluate target companies, oversee due diligence teams, and create internal and external deal presentations.
