Sales Advisor

As a Caliber Sales Advisor, you will conduct consultations where you speak with potential clients to discuss their goals and fitness history, match them up with one of our expert coaches, and help them understand what it means to be a client in the Caliber program. You will become an expert on all of Caliber’s products and services, and you will work with potential clients to customize a coaching package that best suits their needs. No prospecting required, as you will be speaking with incoming leads that book calls with you. You will communicate and follow up with potential clients, and answer any questions they may have about the program. Also, you will attend regular training sessions on sales, communication skills, and product knowledge.
