About the Role:
- Own and accelerate the Applied White-Box Methods team's research agenda on AI safety.
- Publish findings broadly and engage with the AI alignment community and external partners.
About You:
- Experience applying white-box methods to real models and a track record in AI safety.
- PhD or several years of research experience in CS, ML, physics, or statistics.
