Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Workplace Management & Employee Engagement, you will report to the Vice President of Product Management and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of features and functionality related to workplace insights, real estate optimization, and employee engagement. This role goes beyond delivery — you will drive discovery, align stakeholders, and embed AI into workplace solutions. Key responsibilities include driving product strategy, defining roadmaps, leading research, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. You'll leverage analytics and emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance workplace decision-making. Measuring and communicating the impact on adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes will be crucial. A focus on innovation, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
