Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical documentation quality and HCC coding integrity.
  • Perform prospective reviews of medical records to ensure documentation accuracy and HCC capture.
  • Track and manage work queues and OPA-related activities for timely follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of ambulatory Clinical Documentation Integrity or Risk Adjustment experience.
  • Active LPN or RN license required; CCDS, CDIP, or CRC certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM coding guidelines and HCC documentation requirements.
