Gaming Producer

As a Senior Game Producer, you will lead the full game development lifecycle for a portfolio of beloved and enduring casual games enjoyed by millions of players across PC, mobile, and web platforms. You’ll own project delivery from early design through launch, managing the roadmap, schedules, and key milestones to ensure high-quality, polished releases. This role is ideal for a seasoned production leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, drives clarity across complex projects, and aligns stakeholders to deliver delightful, player-focused experiences. You will guide cross-functional teams of developers, designers, artists, and marketers to execute efficiently while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, compliance, and player satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing roadmaps, tracking progress in Azure DevOps, driving R&D, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and optimizing production pipelines. The role requires 8+ years of experience in game production, expertise with project management tools, and strong communication skills. Experience launching games across multiple platforms and familiarity with casual games are preferred.
