BIM Specialist

The BIM Specialist is part of the production team that supports all levels of the engineering team across multiple disciplines. This individual supports the process of virtually constructing a building and documenting the design contract from the construction documents set through record drawing submittals. Knowledge of the AEC industry and the design and construction process are a plus. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Learn the building design process and the pursuit process, participate in BIM-related forums and user groups to discover new techniques, assist in schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, assist with project BIM coordination meetings Perform other work-related duties as assigned, support teams with workload and assist where needed Ensure timesheets/expense reports are accurate and up-to-date daily Achieve billed revenue target each quarter
