Job Description

Support application build, workflow documentation, and testing for Epic modules (Ambulatory, Cadence, MyChart, PB). Participate in affiliate discovery sessions and translate needs into Epic configurations. Configure SmartSets, visit types, note templates, and user security settings. Assist in developing affiliate onboarding playbooks and go-live support plans. Provide operational input into project timelines, resource needs, and readiness planning. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with Epic best practices and host organization policies.
