What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one instruction to high school students with disabilities.
- Coordinate and arrange services, including job shadowing, workplace readiness, and short-term job coaching experiences.
- Communicate with schools, families, and businesses to schedule, arrange, and follow through on student services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Experience working directly with youth with disabilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
