As a Stepful Instructional Coach, you will deliver virtual coaching cycles to drive growth in instructor success metrics, including a live instruction rating. This role involves communicating with Learning Program Managers and Instructor Managers to inform metrics analysis and curriculum updates.
Design and deliver bespoke online training sessions for teachers and students. Run engaging virtual sessions in English (Spanish is a bonus). Develop a deep understanding of Kognity’s platform and how it supports IBDP and IGCSE. Collect user feedback and use data to improve future sessions. Work closely with the User Education Manager to improve onboarding and training. This is an ad hoc, part-time role (10–20 hours/month), open to candidates based in the Americas.
Support our Clinical Medical Assistant program as a grader and teaching assistant. In this role, you will grade student projects, provide meaningful feedback, and support our instructional team to ensure students succeed in their coursework. This is a fully remote, contract role with flexible hours, ideal for educators or advanced pre-med/medical students.
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons on related programs and update course materials. Teach fundamental concepts and techniques, providing hands-on guidance and support to students. Assist students with troubleshooting technical issues and develop assessments to evaluate student understanding, while staying current with the latest software versions and industry trends.
