Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume phone outreach (up to 200 dials daily) to service providers across the United States to present product offerings and overcome objections.
- Research potential clients using internal notes and public information, leveraging a provided CRM system where leads are assigned, not self-prospected.
- Exceed biweekly sales targets for contract value and guide service providers through the company's background check and authorization workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, with a High School Diploma or GED required.
- Proven motivation to surpass sales goals, strong communication skills for rapid rapport-building, and a team-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Ability to multitask independently with attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfort using a phone headset for up to 8 hours daily.
Logistics & Requirements:
- This is a full-time, 40-hour per week remote position, but candidates must permanently reside in one of the 30 specified US states.
- Requires an individual hardline high-speed internet connection (mobile hotspots are not permitted) and the use of all company-provided equipment, including a webcam for meetings.
- The role includes a comprehensive paid training program and eligibility for a management training program after six months of employment.
