Responsibilities:
- Manage a pipeline of families who need guidance and execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email.
- Drive conversion outcomes by scheduling tours and providing new referrals, while maintaining accurate CRM documentation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and participate in coaching and training for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Environment:
- Requires 5+ years in quota-driven sales, proven sales target achievement, and experience with warm lead pipelines.
- Must have strong communication, multitasking, and CRM skills, plus the ability to work remotely with focus and accountability.
- Work is fully remote with a dedicated home office and high-speed internet; schedule includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
