Responsibilities:
- Drive success in a high-volume, outbound sales environment using a fast-paced dialer.
- Meet daily outbound sales production and monthly quality goals.
- Identify eligibility, then consistently close enrollments.
Requirements:
- Experience handling inbound or outbound voice calls.
- Expertly navigating a script and supporting customers.
- Minimum 6 months of previous customer-facing experience.
Remote Work:
- Home Internet requirement: Internet speed that meets minimum standard.
- Dedicated home office space, free of personal disruptions.
- Scheduled to be on the phone throughout your shift.
