Head of Custody and Reporting

Alliance is seeking a Head of Custody and Reporting to be accountable for all aspects of Alliance’s venture funds’ digital asset custody and portfolio reporting operations. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in on-chain ops (claiming, staking, transacting, trading) and digital asset venture portfolio reporting for the purposes of fund administration and investor communications. You will report directly to the COO and work closely with the firm’s Head of Finance and other back office staff. Core Duties & Responsibilities include: Lead the on-chain custody and ops for all Alliance funds’ digital assets including claiming, sweeping assets (from “hot” to “cold” wallets), initiating and signing on-chain payments, staking, onboarding/managing key service provider platforms and relationships, and overseeing transaction authorization policies and private key recovery/disaster planning and lead quarterly portfolio reporting and valuation.
