Job Description

Monzo is looking for a Complaint Handler to join the FOS Complaints Expert team to ensure we offer the best possible service to our customers, even when things go wrong. You’ll play a key role by learning about the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the FOS complaints process at Monzo, monitoring the FOS Complaints inbox, handling FOS complaints and being the point of contact between the Complaints Team and FOS investigators. We’d love to hear from you if you're an experienced financially regulated FOS complaint handler with a deep understanding of treating customers fairly. The role is based remotely and will require working 37.5 hours a week between 9:00am-5:30pm over five days Monday - Friday.
