Job Description
The Maintenance Superintendent oversees the maintenance programs across multiple remote workforce accommodations and camp facilities in Manitoba, Ontario, and Nunavut. This position ensures that all camp infrastructure, systems, and equipment are maintained to operational and regulatory standards through the consistent application of the company’s IMTR (Inspection, Maintenance, Testing, and Repair) plan. The Superintendent plays a key leadership role in planning, budgeting, executing, and documenting maintenance activities while training and supporting on-site maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for multiple remote camp sites, developing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, providing technical support and leadership to site-based maintenance teams, and supervising, mentoring, and training on-site maintenance personnel.
