We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of healthcare infrastructure, working across the stack to design and ship high-performance software. Responsibilities include building frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript, implementing real-time APIs and microservices in Java, and integrating with healthcare platforms through APIs or user interfaces. This role involves optimizing for speed, reliability, and usability, also closely collaborating with product, design, and compliance teams to ensure tools are secure and HIPAA-compliant. The position requires experience with Redis cloud infrastructure, real-time APIs, and familiarity with LLMs and AI tooling.
