Tech Lead (d/m/w) – Data, AI & Platform

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the entire system architecture comprising data product, services, and platform to guarantee scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Set the technical direction, create alignment across teams and components, and jointly develop the technical roadmap with the product team and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the product business owner to integrate business, product, and technology perspectives, ensuring strategic ambitions and technical decisions align.

Engineering and Development:

• Partner with the expert team to evolve the data and AI foundation, from graph-based knowledge models and data pipelines to productive deployment of LLMs, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Design APIs and platform services, ensuring clear, stable, and scalable interfaces and an excellent developer experience for clients.
• Embed security, DevOps, and engineering excellence into architecture and development processes, identifying technical risks early.

Team and Culture:

• Act as a sparring partner and coach for engineers, moderating technical decisions and strengthening ownership and quality.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, pragmatism, and time-to-market balance, communicating clearly across engineering teams and leadership levels.
• Bring together diverse technical perspectives and drive decisions in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
