Director, Patient Growth Marketing

Reporting directly to the GM of Patient, you’ll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base. As one of a small number of senior leaders, you’ll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization. As the Director, Patient Growth Marketing you will build and lead a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You will also define and own the overarching product marketing strategy to ensure alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities. Shape and activate the Headway brand, building trust and recognition in the market.
