Software Quality Assurance Analyst

The role requires previous experience working with software solutions and promoting its quality, ideally in an Agile environment. A basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycles (SDLCs) is needed. The analyst needs verbal and written communication skills, especially when communicating and writing defects in a language that audiences of different backgrounds can understand. The analyst needs troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills as well as strong attention to detail. The analyst should be able to work independently and also collaborate well with other team members remotely and in a fast-paced environment. Regularly create and update test scenarios/cases. Review software requirements & designs to identify user flow gaps, and opportunities for software quality improvement. Perform manual testing for our web and mobile applications as needed.
