Job Description
This is a fully remote work from home role within Great American's Strategic Comp division. You will research and resolve simple concerns and inquiries in real time for customers and policyholders.
Responsibilities include learning the best method to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to the organization's policies, coordinating problem resolution with necessary teams and referring more complex issues to more experienced staff, and becoming familiar with utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform customers about products or services.
The role also involves documenting and updating customer records based on interactions and working within guidance to arrange and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives, while focusing on continuous process improvement.
