Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable services that support the diverse activities of a high-throughput laboratory.
- Develop both front-end and back-end applications while implementing CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive unit tests.
- Optimize architecture on AWS for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness, and mentor junior engineers.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of software development experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Experience with AWS services (Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Glue) and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
