About the Role:
- We are seeking a Director of Product Design to lead and elevate design for our core business.
- You will own the end-to-end journey from landing page to policy activation and beyond.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead design for the core conversion funnel and manage a team of product designers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive experiences aligned with business outcomes.
- Raise the bar for design practice across systems, accessibility, decision-making, and experimentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10+ years of product design experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to design for complex, decision-heavy B2C journeys in fintech or insurtech.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization and behavior design principles.
