Principle Product Manager

Drive product for FieldEdge—a category-leading platform purpose-built for contractors and field service professionals. From HVAC and plumbing to electrical and beyond, FieldEdge simplifies everything from dispatch to payments, helping businesses grow with less effort.  As a Principle Product Manager, be responsible for helping drive the vision, strategy, and execution across the FieldEdge product line. You’ll be a senior member of a team of product managers and partner with design, engineering, marketing, customer success, and sales to deliver a product that drives business results and customer impact. Support and evolve the product vision and roadmap, aligned to customer needs and business strategy. Own a significant portion of the product portfolio including establishing a vision for the space, establishing core KPIs, managing a scrum team, and driving towards weekly milestones. Develop a deep understanding of field service businesses through direct customer engagement and industry research. Communicate progress, risks, and strategic tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders.
