Growth Marketing Lead (Contract)

Key Focus Areas:

• Infrastructure & Deliverability: Own the technical foundation including domain setup, DNS configuration, warm-up, and sender reputation monitoring to ensure consistent inbox placement.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead full-cycle campaign management from building sequences and writing copy to audience segmentation and A/B testing for optimal performance.
• Lead Sourcing & List Management: Source and maintain targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo and Clay, applying rigorous data hygiene and ICP segmentation.
• Performance & Reporting: Track key metrics such as open and reply rates, translating campaign data into clear insights and actionable next steps for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on cold email or outbound lead generation experience with a proven track record of measurable reply rates and pipeline contribution.
• Fluency in email deliverability, including warm-up protocols, DNS setup, blacklist monitoring, and spam trigger mitigation.
• Proficiency with outbound platforms like Instantly.ai or Apollo.io, and the ability to write concise, personalized outreach copy that generates replies.
