Works with internal marketing and design teams to create and execute integrated, strategic marketing campaigns to reach pastors and church leaders with timely offers and relevant content. They will drive sales to ensure the business meets both net sales and contribution targets. The Senior Marketing Manager develops campaign concept and leads execution for campaigns, including promotional strategy and calendar, title selection, on-site merchandising, creative and messaging vision based on brand insights and direct marketing best practices.
The person in this role writes actionable, felt-need driven promotional copy, keywords, headlines, content associated with all eCommerce campaigns, ensuring content is aligned with the ChurchSource brand, and leads visual and written messaging, including execution for messaging and copy development for on-site, email, SMS, catalogs, and performance marketing.
