Build and sustain strong relationships with Catholic authors, agents, clergy, scholars, and institutional partners to acquire, develop, and manage approximately 10 titles per fiscal year.
Participate in leadership team meetings for pipeline review, financial analysis, and departmental planning to ensure alignment with revenue goals and budget monitoring.
Collaborate with the Publisher and Managing Editor on list planning, editorial schedules, and product development, including titling and cover direction, while representing the imprint at conferences and industry events.
