Job Description
You will serve as escalation point-of-contact to swiftly assess policy compliance and act on sensitive issues that affect users and internal stakeholders. Investigation and deep dive analyses to identify meaningful data clusters of users based on usage patterns, actions taken and content interacted with is also desired. You will be troubleshooting identifying bugs or user-related issues, working with stakeholders to seek resolutions or fixes while mitigating risk. You will develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform operations and provide input for planning cycles. Partners with various Product and Data teams to deliver insights and drive continuous improvement in the tooling and scalability of our enforcement teams. You will also represent Safety perspectives on larger cross-functional company projects and contribute to sharing and evolving overall team vision and strategy.
