The Impact You Will Have:
- Use Claude and internal AI copilots to draft product requirements in under half the time, freeing capacity for direct customer discovery sessions with public sector agencies.
- Leverage TRM's AI-powered analytics platform to synthesize blockchain intelligence data, reducing insight-to-specification cycle time from weeks to days.
- Deploy Claude to rapidly analyze customer feedback, support tickets, and submissions, producing prioritized feature themes that directly inform quarterly roadmap planning.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, ideally serving government, defense, or national security customers.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with examples of using Claude, Copilot, or similar tools to accelerate spec writing, feedback synthesis, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience building and shipping data-intensive or analytics products, using AI-powered data tools to define success metrics and measure feature adoption.
