Job Description
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Intermediary Distributors (BGA/IMO) and other partners to generate Long Term Care sales with assigned accounts. Develop wholesaling business plans for assigned accounts to deliver on sales goals, providing management with suggestions for sales strategies and marketing plans. You will be educating assigned accounts (and back-office staff) on the benefits of offered products and services through meetings and presentations. Also working closely with assigned internal wholesaler support to deliver sales goals by identifying and fostering leads generated from referrals.
Identifying the needs of financial professionals through effective questioning and listening techniques. Preparing and delivering clear, convincing and professional sales presentations to small and large audiences is key here. Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
