Product Designer

Clutch is expanding its design team! We're looking for a Product Designer to help us create intuitive, seamless, and human-centered experiences that power our loan application and lending workflows. This designer will focus primarily on improving how borrowers and credit union employees interact with Clutch’s lending platform, simplifying complex workflows, clarifying financial information, and ensuring every step of the process feels effortless and trustworthy. Within 3 months, you will get oriented, build relationships, and contribute early. Within 6 months you will design & ship end-to-end flows, drive clarity through research, collaborate deeply with product & engineering, and contribute to team growth. Within 9 months, you will shape key product experiences, champion user-centered design, and influence product direction.
