Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager

Oversee a diverse client base, ensuring accurate financials, compliance, and advisory support. You’ll play a key role in onboarding 3-5 new clients per month , ensuring a smooth transition into our accounting services. Additionally, you will conduct monthly client check-in Zoom meetings to review financials, discuss P&L reports, and address industry-specific questions. Manage financials for 35+ interior design clients , ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting. Oversee monthly close processes , financial analysis, and cash flow management. Manage payroll, ensuring our team of bookkeepers meets all deadlines. Lead the onboarding process for 3-5 new clients per month , setting up financial systems and ensuring a seamless transition. Strong task management skills, ability to wear many hats, and a willingness to support a growing team. Work-life balance is promoted with no weekend work!
