Director, Engineering - ERP Platform & Integration

We are seeking a forward-thinking and adaptable Director of Engineering, ERP Platform & Integration to lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of our enterprise ERP platform and integrations. This is a senior technical role responsible for owning the ERP platform (currently SAP) with the flexibility to guide future transitions as our business grows and evolves. The ideal candidate will bring deep ERP experience, especially in platform engineering, system administration, security architecture, infrastructure operations, and integration engineering, while demonstrating a modern mindset around cloud, SaaS, and integration-first ecosystems. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for the ERP core platform, infrastructure, security, and enterprise integrations. You’ll drive engineering excellence, cost optimization, and system resilience, while partnering closely with business, product, and engineering teams. As a hands-on leader, you will play a critical role in building and mentoring a high-performing team, establishing platform governance, and delivering reliable, scalable, and integrated systems that support mission-critical business functions.
