Senior AI Developer

We are seeking an innovative and skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of proactive decision-making, goal-directed behavior, and contextual adaptability. This role requires a deep understanding of AI planning, reasoning, and interaction mechanisms, with experience in building modular, agent-based systems for real-world tasks across domains such as enterprise automation, research assistance, and interactive applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement intelligent, autonomous software agents using LLMs and symbolic or hybrid architectures. Develop multi-agent systems that can collaborate, negotiate, and coordinate on complex workflows. Integrate APIs, tools, and services to enable tool-using capabilities in AI agents. Implement memory, planning, and goal-management systems within agentic frameworks. Fine-tune or prompt-engineer large language models (e.g., GPT) to support agent behavior. Build environments for agent simulation, testing, and evaluation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy agents into production systems. Monitor and optimize performance, safety, alignment, and interpretability of agentic behaviors. Stay up-to-date with research trends.
