Accountabilities:

  • Own and scale the full growth engine, including acquisition, funnel optimization, experimentation, and retention
  • Define and execute a clear growth roadmap directly tied to revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and optimize paid media and acquisition channels while continuously testing new growth levers

Requirements:

  • 8 or more years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or customer acquisition roles
  • Proven experience scaling a customer-based or subscription business, ideally through significant revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate instincts through data and experimentation
