Responsibilities:

- Support Salesforce implementation and migration.
- Translate patient services workflows into business requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of patient services, patient access, or healthcare operations.
- Experience supporting or leading team workflows, training, or quality oversight.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Skills:
- Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
