Senior Analytics Engineer

Data Modeling & Pipeline Development:

• Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines from ingestion to reporting using BigQuery and dbt.
• Develop and test production-grade data models with clean lineage and optimized performance.
• Configure and manage data ingestion pipelines with Fivetran to integrate new data sources.

Stakeholder Partnership & Analytical Translation:

• Partner with clinical, operations, finance, and growth teams to turn ambiguous business requests into structured data projects.
• Communicate data insights and technical constraints clearly to both technical and non-technical leaders.
• Design semantic layers and scalable reporting structures in Looker to enable self-service analytics.

Team Mentorship & Capability Building:

• Act as a technical mentor for data analysts, building their skills in SQL, dbt, and advanced analytics.
• Establish best practices for code reviews, version control, and testing within the analytics team.
• Bridge the gap between data engineering and downstream analysis, ensuring analysts have well-structured datasets.
