Credit Risk Analyst

Coinbase is looking for a highly motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join their Credit Risk team. We are looking for a Risk Analyst with credit or market risk experience across centrally cleared derivatives and credit products (derivatives, secured lending, and/or prime brokerage), and with a strong understanding in risk analysis / mitigants for levered product offerings. The right candidate will enjoy exploring the technical aspects of the margin framework, focusing on effectively managing leverage levels, position and ecosystem limits, and liquidation notional, while striking a balance between growth and risk management. The role involves performing quantitative analysis, presenting findings to senior leadership, monitoring portfolio risks, and collaborating with business partners to resolve complex challenges. Preparation of presentations covering key risk trends and analysis related to market volatility is also required.
