Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Specialist to oversee the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of HubSpot for new clients. This role involves managing various HubSpot hubs, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS, and optimizing the platform to enhance sales and marketing processes. Responsibilities include leading HubSpot portal setup, customization, and data migration for new clients, Streamlining sales and marketing workflows using HubSpot’s CRM and automation tools, creating and managing landing pages, forms, email campaigns, and effective calls-to-action. Also, analyzing and segmenting lists, configuring deal stages and managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with Customer Success Managers to foster strong client relationships and ensure effective implementation. The specialist is also responsible for conducting tests to continually improve HubSpot processes and conversion rates. The qualifications include 1+ years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs; a strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation best practices; and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
