We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Community to build our community strategy from the ground up. You’ll own the vision, execution, and team-building for this new vertical in Customer Experience. From designing the roadmap to delivering impactful programming, you’ll play a pivotal role in making Headway the most provider-loved network in the industry.
You Will:
Own and lead the provider community vertical in Customer Experience.
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for provider community.
Build, manage, and grow a high-performing community team.
Design and execute initiatives to increase provider engagement, retention, and advocacy.
Partner cross-functionally within CX and with Marketing, Product, and Growth to integrate community into broader business strategy.
Build scalable programs, processes, and measurement frameworks.
Advocate for our communities internally, influencing Headway’s priorities and decisions.
